Frontline Georgia Club is launching series of interviews – “Reflections”. The guests will speak about the environment they research, transform or create.
The first guest of the “Reflections” is the professor of GIPA Maia Mikashavidze who holds PhD in mass-communication from the University of South Carolina. Maia is one of the founders of GIPA School of Journalism.
What is the reflection of media in media? Maia Mikashavidze will talk about the topic of her thesis which deals with the new tendencies in Georgian media, she will also recall what drove those people who 20 years ago established the School of Journalism at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs and how the journalistic challenges transformed recently.
Nino Japiashvili will be hosting the series of interviews.
